Could the “I”?
2015
performance lecture
20’
On resisting the formation of the deliberate “I” in physical practice, the allowance of identity to get lost as relation to posture/ disorientation, and exteriority within; how movement that comes from outside intervenes with patterns from within and how we perceive the indefinite nature of boundaries of interiority/exteriority. Linking all that to choreography; how the produced moving image could sustain itself not only as an object of editing, arrangement of inherited forms or the preconceived but an outcome of potential latency?
