horizons for our back
A movement-based laboratory exploring the intersection of inner somatic spaces and the external environment, embodying resilience through reflexivity and reparation praxis. This laboratory conceives the body as an organic phenomenon—omni-centered, anti-hierarchic, and acutely sensitive to external stimuli, in alignment with body weather practices.
Participants engage in immersive experiences that foster a deep awareness of our human trail within our environments. Through observation and radical listening, we explore how our bodies relate to the unknown future and the impact we leave behind. This process cultivates a heightened sensitivity to the environment, encouraging a mindful and restorative approach to our interactions with the world around us.
The laboratory invites participants to embody their stance towards an uncertain future, reflecting on the footprints we create and the legacy we leave. By navigating the dynamic relationship between internal and external landscapes, we create and share a practice of profound connection with the environment, nurturing resilience and awareness in every step of our human decision making.
